User Agreement

The agreement between the user and WANNAS uses certain terms with specific meanings. WANNAS is referred to as "we" or "us", while the user, who is also known as the player, is referred to as "you" or "the Player".   1. You confirm that you are of legal age to use WANNAS services, which is either 18 years old or the legal age of majority as determined by the applicable laws, whichever is greater.
  2. The statement means that you have the complete ability to enter into a legally binding agreement with WANNAS, and that you are not restricted by any form of legal limitation.
  3. In agreeing to this User Agreement, you confirm that any information you provide to us during the duration of this agreement is accurate, complete, and truthful. You also agree to promptly notify us of any changes to such information.
  4. You are responsible for complying with any tax laws applicable to you and reporting and paying taxes on any winnings you receive from our services.
  5. You confirm that using online casino services is legal in the jurisdiction where you are located.
  6. You acknowledge that using our services involves the risk of losing money and accept full responsibility for any such losses.
  7. You agree to only use valid and lawfully owned Cryptocurrency for making deposits and withdrawals to and from your Member Account.

Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in WANNAS seeking full compensation for all costs associated with the error or incompleteness, including any costs incurred due to the error or incompleteness and the failure to notify the user.
  15. You acknowledge and agree that we are authorized to prohibit or block multiple accounts and have full control over the assets held in such accounts.
  16. You acknowledge and agree that we have the authority to discontinue or modify any games or events available on the Website, as well as to reject or limit bets.
  17. You are aware that WANNAS may perform “KYC” (Know Your Customer) verification procedures. If we determine that you have provided false or misleading information, we may block or close your user account.
2. WANNAS reserves the right to nullify a wager partially or fully if it believes, at its discretion, that any of the following situations have occurred:
  1. You or individuals connected to you may manipulate the outcome of an event in order to gain an unfair advantage.
  2. You or individuals connected to you are intentionally circumventing WANNAS rules.
  3. The result of an event has been influenced by criminal activities directly or indirectly.
  4. Bets have been accepted during periods when the website was affected by technical issues that would not have been accepted otherwise.
  5. If a player's deposit fee is insufficient and is marked by blockchain or similar websites as "not enough fee to relay," WANNAS reserves the right to confiscate the winnings if WANNAS, at its discretion, determines that the player's transaction and behavior are fraudulent.
  6. In case of any kind of error, including but not limited to mistakes, technical issues, vulnerabilities or force majeure, wagers may be accepted, placed or offered due to such an error. In such circumstances, WANNAS reserves the right to declare the wager void, either partially or fully.

General Betting Rules
1. A bet can only be placed over the internet.
2. A bet can only be placed by a registered account holder.
3. You can only place a bet if you have a sufficient balance in your account with WANNAS.
4. The bet, once concluded, will be governed by the version of the User Agreement valid and available on the Website at the time of the bet being accepted.
5. WANNAS has the right to modify the payout of a bet that has been credited to a user's account, if it is determined by WANNAS that the payout was made in error.
6. The amount you win on a bet is calculated by multiplying the stake by the odds at which the bet was placed, and is credited to your account.
7. You can access a list of all your bets, their current status and details on the Website.
8. Once a bet has been placed and accepted, it cannot be changed, cancelled or withdrawn by the user.
9. After the final result is confirmed, your winnings will be paid into your account.
10. WANNAS is responsible for managing and calculating the funds in your account, including available funds, pending funds, betting funds, and winnings. These amounts are considered final and accurate unless proven otherwise.
11. You are solely responsible for the bets you place.

Limitation of Liability

2. You recognize that WANNAS has the authority to determine whether you have violated our rules, terms, or conditions and take action such as suspending or permanently prohibiting you from using our site.

Live Chat
1. When you use the Website, we may offer you a live chat feature that we moderate and regulate. We may review and keep a record of all statements made on the chat. Please only use the chat for socializing and recreational purposes.
2. The chat room functionality may be taken down and your Member Account can be immediately terminated, and your account balance refunded, if you engage in the following actions on the chat facility:
  
  (a) Express sexually explicit or extremely offensive statements that show expressions of bigotry, racism, hatred or profanity.
  (b) Make statements that are insulting, defamatory, harassing or abusive.
  (c) Use the chat facility to advertise, promote or relate to other online entities.

  (e) Encourage, collude or participate in any illegal conduct or conduct that is deemed seriously inappropriate by WANNAS. Any suspicious chats will be reported to the competent authority. The Live Chat feature provided by us is a means of communication exclusively between you and us, and it is not to be shared or copied with any third party or forums.

Bonuses and Promotions
1. WANNAS can cancel any promotion or bonus program immediately if it believes the bonus is set up incorrectly or being abused. If the bonus has already been paid out, WANNAS can decline any withdrawal request and deduct the amount from your account. The determination of whether a bonus is set up incorrectly or abused is solely at the discretion of WANNAS.
2. If you use a Deposit Bonus, you cannot withdraw your original deposit until you meet the requirements outlined in the User Agreement of the Deposit Bonus.
3. WANNAS may change, cancel, reclaim or decline any promotion as it sees fit.
4. If any term of a promotional offer is breached or there is evidence of a group of customers placing a series of bets resulting in guaranteed profits due to a deposit bonus, free bets, or any other promotional offer, WANNAS reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers. At their discretion, WANNAS may either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bet bonus and risk free bets, or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition, WANNAS may charge an administration fee on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet bonus, risk free bet, or additional payment to cover administrative costs. WANNAS may also require customers to provide sufficient documentation to verify their identity before crediting any bonus, free bet, risk free bet or offer to their account.
5. WANNAS promotions are meant for players who play for fun and the eligibility of customers to participate in any promotion is at WANNAS's sole discretion.
6. To participate in some promotions, you may have to fulfill specific requirements before being allowed to withdraw the funds that you received under the promotion. Deposits and Withdrawals
1. With the exception of WANNAS P2P Market deposits and withdrawals, every deposits and withdrawals made in WANNAS will be subject to a deposit and withdrawal fee based on the selected payment method.
  1. When opting for Skrill as the payment method, a deposit fee of 3.9% + 0.29 EUR and a withdrawal fee of 1% will be imposed.
  2. When opting for Neteller as the payment method, a deposit fee of 3.9% + 0.29 EUR and a withdrawal fee of 1% will be imposed.

Self-exclusion

5. If you choose to self-exclude while there are still pending bets on your account, those bets will be considered valid and will be settled based on the official results.
