AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS EFFECTIVE APRIL 17, 2023
  1. Introduction:
    1. The WANNAS Affiliate Program ("Program") allows players who sign up for an account with WANNAS ("Company") to receive a referral code that they can use to promote the WANNAS brand and earn commissions on player referrals.
    2. Affiliates can earn commissions through three different schemes: rolling commission, loss rebate, and tournament ticket rebate.
    3. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms").
    4. WANNAS reserves the right to modify, change, or update the Terms at any time without prior notice to you. Your continued participation in the Program after any such modification, change, or update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
  2. Definitions· "Affiliate" refers to the registered user of WANNAS online casino who is promoting the brand using the referral code assigned to their account.

    · "Agreement" means these Company affiliate program terms and conditions, applicable policies and such related promotion terms and conditions that may apply from time to time.

    · "Referral code" refers to the unique code assigned to each affiliate account that can be used to promote WANNAS online casino.

    · "Referred Player" means a new user who signs up for an account with WANNAS using an Affiliate's referral code.

    · "Commission Scheme" refers to the three types of commission plan WANNAS provides depending on the games played.

    · " "Net gaming loss" refers to the total loss amount generated from player’s bets minus (a) winning payouts (b) issued bonuses (c) net balance corrections and (d) fraud cost and chargebacks.

    · " "Rolling" refers to the land based casino commission structure, which originated in Macau, paid out in real time. Rolling commission is calculated by summing up all losing bets, regardless of winning bets, as your total rolling and multiplying it with the appropriate percentage based on the referral tree level.

    · " "Loss Rebate" refers to the commission structure paid out weekly based on net gaming loss. Net gaming loss is calculated starting on Sunday (GMT 00:00) and cut off by Saturday (GMT 23:59).

    · " "Tournament ticket rebate" refers to the commission structure paid out in real time based on a percentage of the tournament ticket purchased and utilized.

    · "Tournament Ticket" means an entry ticket with a corresponding amount paid by a player to participate in a tournament game

    · "Parties" refers to the Company and the Affiliate (each a "Party")


  3. Commission Rates per Scheme and Referral Tree:
    1. The referral tree for the Program may be passed down into three levels.
      · Me : You will receive commission based on your own gaming activity.
      · Level 1 : Users who sign up for WANNAS using your referred code.
      · Level 2 : Users who sign up for WANNAS using the referral code of your level 1 friends.
      · Level 3 : Users who sign up for WANNAS using the referral code of your level 2 friends.

      1. Commissions are paid out based on the game type and referral tree levels.
      2. There is no fourth level in this setup. The tree ends at level 3.
      3. WANNAS reserves the right to change the commission structure and percentages at any time without informing the Affiliates. It is your responsibility to check and be updated with the latest terms
    2. The commission rates for each scheme and game type are as follows:
      1. Rolling commission (paid out in real-time)
        · Me : 0.4%
        · Level 1 : 0.2%
        · Level 2 : 0.2%
        · Level 3 : 0.2%

        This scheme will be applied for the commission of the following games: Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Sicbo, and Powerball.
        The rolling commission will be calculated using the following formula depending on the active player's level structure:
        (Rolling Commission Rate depending on level) x (Total Rolling Amount)
      2. Loss rebate (paid out weekly, every Sunday (GMT 00:00) of the week )
        · Me : 4%
        · Level 1 : 2%
        · Level 2 : 2%
        · Level 3 : 2%

        This scheme will be applied for the commission of the following games : Slots, Roulette, Casino Hold'em, and Black Jack. No negative turn over.
      3. Tournament Ticket Rebate (paid out in real time)
        · Me : 0.4%
        · Level 1 : 0.2%
        · Level 2 : 0.2%
        · Level 3 : 0.2%

        All tournament game commissions will be paid out in real time with the rate above depending on the total tournament ticket purchased and utilized.
  4. Payment of Commissions:
    1. The company agrees to pay the Affiliate based on the total rolling, loss rebate or tournament ticket rebate generated from new user sign ups referred by the Affiliate through their referral code. New user sign ups refers to users of the company who have never created a gaming account with the company and have signed up through the Affiliates’ referral code.
    2. Commission payments will be made on a weekly or real-time basis depending on the commission scheme and game type played.
    3. There is no minimum commission payout.
    4. Commission payments will be made directly to your WANNAS commission rewards tab found in your profile page which you can swap to WANT. These may be withdrawn without any wagering requirements.
    5. In case of a miscalculation of your commission, the Company reserves the right to adjust the amount at any time and promptly settle the underpaid difference, or recover the overpaid balance from the Affiliate.
    6. Any commission withdrawn is deemed final and full settlement of the commission due for the indicated period.
    7. In case you have any objections to the reported commission due, you must notify the Company within 3 days via email at [email protected] explaining the reasons for the dispute. If the company does not receive any email within the given time period, you may not raise a dispute later on and it will be considered an acknowledgement of the commission due for the given period.
    8. The Company reserves the right to delay the commission due for up to 60 days, pending investigation for any disputed claims.
    9. The Company reserves the right forfeit any settlement of commission due if any of the terms are violated or if the Company finds probable fraudulent or illegal activity used in acquiring the commission.
    10. The commission shall be deemed inclusive of any applicable taxes.
  5. Eligibility:
    1. To participate in the Program, you must be at least 18 years old, or meet the minimum legal age required by your country of residence, and have a valid WANNAS account.
    2. You must be the proprietor of all rights, licenses and permits to market, promote and advertise WANNAS in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
  6. Responsibilities of the Affiliate:
    1. You shall make every effort to promote and advertise the WANNAS brand through any legal and ethical means while following the company rules and guidelines published in the website.
    2. You will market and refer potential players at your own expense and will be solely responsible for the content, distribution, and manner of your marketing activities.
    3. You responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of their website and all material appearing on it.
    4. You will use only the referral code or link provided by the affiliate program, as no guarantee can be given for proper registration and sales accounting otherwise. The Affiliate will not change or modify any link or marketing material and will not use any of the Company's trademarks, terms, or other intellectual property rights without the Company's prior written authorization.
    5. You will not engage in any conduct that is defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate, including any content that contains sexually explicit, pornographic, obscene, or graphically violent materials.
    6. You will not intentionally target individuals who are under the legal age for gambling.
    7. You will not intentionally target any jurisdiction where gambling and its promotion are prohibited by law.
    8. You will not use illegal or fraudulent means to generate traffic to the Company.
    9. You will not create its website in a way that could cause confusion with the Company, or imply that its website is affiliated with or originated from the Company.
    10. You have read and fully comprehend the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree to abide by them.
    11. You are responsible in checking the terms for any updates as the Company may amend, remove or extend any part of the agreement at any time at its own discretion, without prior notice to the Affiliate.
  7. Responsibilities of the Company:
    1. The Company is responsible in supplying the Affiliate with all necessary data and promotional resources to enable the implementation of the referral code.
    2. The Company is responsible in managing and keeping records of the commission generated and earned by each referral code.
    3. The Company will provide all relevant statistics and handle any customer service inquiries that arise.
    4. WANNAS reserves the right to request the removal of any promotional or advertising materials that it deems to be in violation of these Terms.
  8. Termination
    1. Termination of this agreement means closing you WANNAS account as this agreement is bound with your personal WANNAS account. This also applies the other way around, if a user decides to close their WANNAS account then this agreement is also automatically terminated.
    2. WANNAS may terminate this agreement without any prior notice if the company believes there is a breach of the company’s terms and conditions.
    3. The parties involved agree that when this agreement is terminated:

      a) The Affiliate must remove any references to WANNAS from their marketing channels and communications, regardless of whether they are commercial or non-commercial.

      b) The Affiliate's rights and licenses granted under this Agreement will end immediately and any trademarks, service marks, logos, and other designations given to the Affiliate by the Company will no longer be used.

      c)The Affiliate will only be entitled to earned and unpaid commissions up to the date of termination. However, the Company may withhold final payment for a reasonable time to ensure the correct amount is paid. After termination, the Affiliate will no longer be able to earn or receive commissions.

      d) If the Company terminates this Agreement due to the Affiliate's breach, the Company can withhold the Affiliate's earned but unpaid commissions as collateral for any claim arising from the breach. If the Company terminates the Agreement due to the Affiliate's breach of any clause in this Agreement, notice period is not required, and the termination is effective immediately.

      e) The Affiliate must return any confidential information and its derivatives to the Company.

      f) The Affiliate releases the Company from any obligations or liabilities that may arise after the termination, except for obligations that are meant to survive termination. The Affiliate will still be responsible for any liability that arises from any breach of this Agreement or confidential information that occurred before or after termination. The Affiliate's obligation of confidentiality towards the Company will survive the termination of this Agreement.
  9. Warranties
    1. The Affiliate acknowledges that they assume full responsibility for their use of the Internet and that the affiliate program is provided without any guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied. The Company does not guarantee that access to its website will be available at any specific time or location.
    2. The Company is not responsible for any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in the WANNAS website or affiliate program. The Company will not be held liable for any losses, injuries, or damages caused by failures, delays, or interruptions in the website or program.
  10. Company rights
    1. To comply with the company policies and safeguard our interests, the company reserves the right to reject any player or close their account.
    2. If the Affiliate violates the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as well as the Company's guidelines, policies, and regulations, the Company may take legal measures to protect its interests, in addition to terminating the Affiliate's account.
  11. AssignmentThe Affiliate is not allowed to transfer or assign this Agreement, either through legal means or any other way as no user may assign their own account credentials to another person.

  12. Non-waiver
    1. The Company's failure to enforce your strict compliance with any provision of the Affiliate Agreement does not mean that we are waiving our right to enforce that provision or any other provision of the Affiliate Agreement in the future.
  13. Force Majeure
    1. In the event that any party is unable to fulfill its obligations under the Affiliate Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as labor disputes, strikes, acts of God, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, utility or communication failures, or other unforeseeable events, that party shall not be held liable for such delay or failure. In the event of such an occurrence, the non-performing party will be excused from performance to the extent prevented by the event. However, if the force majeure event continues for a period exceeding thirty (30) calendar days, either party may terminate the Affiliate Agreement by providing written notice.
  14. Relationship of the Parties
    1. The Company and the Affiliate are separate entities and the Affiliate Agreement does not establish a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employer-employee relationship between us. You do not have the authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. Furthermore, you agree not to make any statements that contradict the provisions of this Affiliate Agreement, whether on your website or through any other means.
  15. Severability/Waiver
    1. The provisions of this Agreement should be interpreted in a way that is legal and effective, but if any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will only be ineffective to that extent and the rest of the Agreement will remain valid. No rights can be waived from conduct or failure to enforce them, and any waiver must be in writing to be valid.
  16. Confidentiality
    1. All information, whether it be related to business, finance, customers, pricing, products, records, operations, business plans, processes, trade secrets, market opportunities, or personal data of the Company, must be kept confidential. This includes not using the information for personal gain or sharing it with any third party without explicit and written permission from the Company. This obligation to keep information confidential will continue even after the termination of this Agreement.
  17. Trademarks
    1. The agreement does not give any rights, ownership or interest in the trademarks, trade names, service marks, or other intellectual property rights of the other party. Neither party can attempt to register or challenge the registration of the other party's Marks or any Marks that are similar or confusingly similar to the other party's Marks. This applies during the term of the agreement and even after the termination of this agreement.
