The Service is owned by Tykin Star N.V., a limited liability company registered in Curacao with company registration number 160037 , with registered address at Zuikertuintjeweg (Zuikertuin Tower), Willemstad, Curacao ("Company"), licensed in Curaçao under Gaming Services Provider N.V. license # 365/JAZ for the provision of online games of chance. Nikin Star Limited. a subsidiary of Tykin Star N.V., acting as an Agent on behalf of Tykin Star N.V., registered in Cyprus with registered address Avlonos, 1 Maria House 1075, Nicosia, Cyprus, and registration number ΗΕ 433178.

Terms of Service

Before using WANNAS's services or products, it's important for you (the "User" or "you") to read and understand this end user agreement (the "Agreement"). This Agreement is a legally binding agreement between you and WANNAS ("WANNAS", "us", or "we"), the owner and operator of the Internet site and games offered at WANNAS (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.


  1. Grant of License
    1. If the User becomes aware of any Unauthorized Use committed by anyone, they must notify WANNAS immediately and provide reasonable assistance in any investigations conducted by WANNAS.
    3. WANNAS is the sole owner of the Trade Marks, which include its domain names and any other trade or service marks used in connection with the Service. The Site Content, including images, graphics, animations, videos, music, and text, is also owned by WANNAS and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. Using the Service doesn't grant the User any rights in the Trade Marks or the Site Content. Without prior written consent from WANNAS, the User cannot use any part of the Site Content or the Trade Marks. Moreover, the User agrees not to engage in any activity that could potentially harm WANNAS's intellectual property rights or other rights.
    4. The Service provided by WANNAS is not intended for usage by individuals who are under 18 years old, or those who haven't reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction. Additionally, it's not allowed to access the Service from jurisdictions where it's illegal to do so. WANNAS cannot confirm the legality of the Service in every jurisdiction, so it's the User's responsibility to ensure that their use of the Service is permitted by law.

  2. No Warranties
    1. WANNAS does not provide any expressed or implied warranties related to the Service. The Service is provided "as is," and WANNAS does not guarantee or represent anything regarding its quality, fitness for a specific purpose, completeness, or accuracy.
    2. Despite WANNAS's efforts, the Service may not be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, and WANNAS does not guarantee that defects will be corrected.

  3. By using the Service, you agree to abide by the game rules outlined on the WANNAS website. WANNAS has the authority to issue, maintain, and terminate the Service. The final decision of WANNAS's management on matters related to the use of the Service or dispute resolution is conclusive and not subject to review or appeal.

  4. The responsibilities you have as a player.

      7. You agree to refrain from engaging in any illicit or deceitful activities, such as collusion, fraud, or fixing, while participating in any of the Games. You also agree not to use any hardware or software-assisted methods or techniques in your involvement in the Games. If you engage in such activities, WANNAS has the right to nullify any wagers you make.
      8. You acknowledge that there is a possibility of losing the Virtual Funds you have deposited into your Member Account when you take part in the Games.
      9. Using payment methods belonging to a third party or individual is strictly prohibited.
      10. You are aware that the value of Crypto coins can fluctuate significantly based on the market's value.
      2. Games played on Our website should be conducted in a manner consistent with games played in any other setting. This entails players being respectful to each other and refraining from making impolite or offensive remarks.
      3. It is prohibited to transfer, sell, or purchase user accounts.
      4. If a game starts but is interrupted due to system failure, WANNAS will abide by the game provider's rules and regulations in dealing with game errors or disconnection. These clauses may be found on the help portion of each game provider's lobby.
      5. If the user discovers any potential errors or deficiencies in the software, they pledge to refrain from exploiting them. Additionally, the user agrees to inform WANNAS immediately of any errors or incompleteness. Failure to comply with this clause will result in WANNAS having the right to demand full compensation for any costs associated with the error or incompleteness, including expenses incurred in relation to the respective error/incompleteness and the user's inability to inform WANNAS promptly.
      6. In the event that WANNAS mistakenly confirms a wager or payment due to unforeseen circumstances, they hold the authority to nullify all wagers that were accepted with such an error.
      7. WANNAS has the right to refuse or restrict wagers, and the user cannot place a bet that exceeds their personal account balance. Any winnings will be deposited into the user's persona l account.
      8. The company WANNAS has the authority to hold back payments if there is suspicion or proof of manipulation of their casino system. Any user found guilty of such activity may face legal consequences. Furthermore, WANNAS can stop or modify any games or events that are being offered on their website.
      9. We have the right to ask for verification if we suspect any fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
      10. WANNAS has the authority to cancel a bet partially or entirely if they determine that any of the listed circumstances have occurred.

      1. If you or individuals connected to you have the ability to manipulate the outcome of an event for an illegal advantage, WANNAS can declare a wager invalid in whole or in part at its discretion. This may include the following but not limited to creating multiple accounts for abusing bonuses and promotions, deliberately deceiving your location using different IP addresses.
      2. If you or people connected to you are violating the rules of WANNAS, whether directly or indirectly, WANNAS has the right to consider the wager void, in part or in whole.
      3. WANNAS can declare a wager void, either partially or completely, if it believes at its own discretion that any of the following circumstances have occurred: ① You or people associated with you have influenced the outcome of an event to gain an unfair advantage, ② You or people associated with you are intentionally evading the rules of WANNAS, ③ The outcome of an event has been influenced by criminal activity, ④ Wagers have been accepted during periods when the website was experiencing technical problems that would have otherwise been rejected. ⑤ In the event of an error, including misprints, technical malfunctions, or force majeure, wagers have been made, accepted or offered, which would not have been done otherwise.
      4. If a player's deposit fee is too low and is detected by blockchain or a similar platform as "not enough fee to relay," WANNAS has the authority to seize the winnings if they believe, at their own discretion, that the player's behavior and transaction are dishonest.
      11. If you decide to self-exclude from any gambling provider, you are required to inform WANNAS immediately.
  5. Breach
    1. If a User violates any provision of this agreement, WANNAS has the right to take appropriate action, including terminating the agreement and taking legal action against the User, without affecting any other rights that WANNAS may have.
    2. In the event of any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses that may arise from your violation of this Agreement, violation of any laws or third-party rights, or use of the Service, you agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless WANNAS and its shareholders, directors, agents, and employees. This includes legal fees and any other charges that may arise.

  6. Know your Customer ("KYC")This policy requires WANNAS to verify the identity and location of a user by asking for relevant documentation. WANNAS can ask for this documentation at any time and may restrict the user's access to service and payment until their identity is verified to a sufficient degree.

    1. To register on our platform, you need to be 18 years or older. If you choose to log in with your email address, ensure that it is accurate as it will be used for KYC account verification.
    2. When a user makes a single deposit transaction exceeding USD 10,000 or initiating his/her first withdrawal inside the wannasbet.io platform, then it is compulsory for them to perform a full KYC process. During this process, the user will have to input some basic details about themselves and then upload ① A copy of Government Issued Photo ID.   7. Limitations and Liability

    2. This Agreement does not restrict or reduce WANNAS's liability for negligence resulting in death or personal injury.

  8. Prohibited Uses
    1. The Service is designed for the exclusive use of the User and should only be used for personal entertainment purposes. The User is not permitted to create multiple accounts, including for the purpose of colluding or abusing the Service.
    2. Restricted Territories
      Individuals located in or residing in certain jurisdictions, including Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao, Costa Rica, France, Malta, Netherlands, Saba, Statia, St Martin, and the USA, are not permitted to use the Service. This prohibition on real-money play applies to both residents and citizens of other countries while they are located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. To try to bypass the limitations on gameplay for anyone situated in a Prohibited Jurisdiction or Restricted Jurisdiction is a violation of this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, altering the data utilized by WANNAS to determine your location and giving WANNAS incorrect or deceptive information regarding your location or residence.

  9. AssignmentWANNAS has the right to assign this agreement, either partially or entirely, without notifying the User. On the other hand, the User cannot assign any of his or her obligations or rights under this Agreement.

  10. Disputes
      If a User has a complaint, they can contact WANNAS's customer service team at [email protected]. If the dispute is not resolved to the User's satisfaction, they may pursue remedies in the jurisdiction where the governing law is set forth.

  11. Amendment
      This clause states that WANNAS has the right to change or update this Agreement or any part of it, as well as the Service, without giving prior notice to users. If any changes are made, the new Agreement will be effective immediately upon being posted, and users will be bound by the updated terms. WANNAS recommends that users review the terms and conditions of the Agreement regularly to stay informed of any changes. If a user continues to use the Service after any changes have been made, they will be considered to have accepted the updated Agreement.

  12. Governing Law
      The Agreement and all matters related to it will be governed by the laws of Curacao and interpreted accordingly. You agree that the courts in Curacao have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim or difference relating to the Agreement or arising from it, and you waive any objection to an action being brought in those courts or to their jurisdiction. This clause does not prevent WANNAS from taking legal action against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor does it prevent WANNAS from taking legal action in multiple jurisdictions simultaneously. If any provision of this Agreement becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision in that jurisdiction or the validity or enforceability of any provision in any other jurisdiction.

  13. Advantage Play
      If WANNAS discovers that a user has accepted a bonus or promotion solely to gain a positive expected value on the bonus return using known strategies or in any way tries to take advantage of bonuses given by WANNAS, the casino will confiscate winnings and close the account immediately with the right to hold back any further withdrawals. An example of such advantage play includes delaying game rounds, including free spins and bonus features, to a later time when there is no more wagering requirement or making new deposits while free spins or bonus features are still available. To ensure fair gaming, equal, zero, or low margin bets or hedge betting will be considered irregular gaming for bonus play-through requirement purposes. If the casino determines that irregular gameplay has occurred, it can withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings.
